New Homes · Pascoe Vale 3044
Pascoe Vale is one of the most popular suburbs in the north for knockdown rebuilds. Older homes on good-sized blocks make it possible to build a modern family home without leaving the area. Depending on your block and zoning, a duplex or second dwelling may also be possible, and we can advise on that at your consultation.
Pascoe Vale is mostly interwar and post-war homes, including brick veneer, weatherboard and some Californian bungalows, many on generous blocks that suit rebuilding or extending.
NMB Homes is a second-generation family builder based in Coburg North. We've been building in Melbourne's inner north and inner west since 1993, under fixed-price contracts, with Ninos personally involved in every job.
Local Knowledge
Many Pascoe Vale blocks have room to extend, rebuild, or in some cases build a second dwelling, subject to zoning and council approval.
Brick veneer and weatherboard homes from the 1940s to 60s are common. They're often ready for new wiring, plumbing and insulation.
We're based in neighbouring Coburg North, so Pascoe Vale is right on our doorstep.

We manage your new home from the first consultation to handover, so you deal with one team, not a string of trades.
