NMB Homes is a second-generation family builder based in Coburg North. We've been building in Melbourne's inner north and inner west since 1993, under fixed-price contracts, with Ninos personally involved in every job.

Yes. Demolition and building permits are needed, and a planning permit may also be required depending on your property's zoning and overlays (for example, a heritage overlay). Fawkner is in Merri-bek City Council. We check your address before quoting and manage all permits for you.
